Metal Pipes – A Reliable Solution for Any Industry

Metal pipes are essential components in construction, industrial manufacturing, and utility systems. Whether for high-pressure applications, structural support, or fluid transportation, we offer a wide range of seamless, electric-welded, and water-gas pipes to meet any project requirements.

Why Choose Our Metal Pipes?

Innovation and reliability in every product

Metal pipes are built to withstand extreme pressure, mechanical stress, and harsh environmental conditions. Their robust structure ensures reliability in both residential and industrial applications.

Providing essential support in construction and engineering, metal pipes help distribute loads efficiently, reducing the risk of deformations and failures. This contributes to the long-term stability and safety of various structures.

Available in different diameters, wall thicknesses, and lengths, metal pipes suit diverse project requirements. Standard and custom dimensions allow for precise adaptation to specific design and load needs.

Steel Pipes ? Seamless, Welded, and Water-Gas Pipes

Seamless Steel Pipes

Seamless steel pipes are manufactured from high-quality steel grades such as St10, St20, St35, 09G2S, 12X1MF, and 15X1M1F using rolling mills. These pipes are produced through hot rolling or cold rolling methods.

Hot Rolling Process

  1. Heating – A metal billet is heated to 1100–1200°C, near its melting point.

  2. Size Formation – A thick-walled sleeve is created using a drill to match the final product’s dimensions.

  3. Rolling – The sleeve is elongated on specialized machines to achieve the required diameter, thickness, and length.

  4. Cutting – The pipe is cut into desired lengths.

Cold rolling further refines the pipe’s dimensions, improving technical characteristics such as strength and precision, though at a higher cost.

Advantages of Seamless Pipes

  • High dimensional accuracy

  • Heat resistance

  • Leakproof structure

  • Extended lifespan (15–25 years)

Applications

Seamless steel pipes are widely used in:

  • Oil & Gas Industry – For extraction and transport pipelines.

  • Utility & Engineering Systems – Steam and high-pressure water pipelines.

  • Mechanical Engineering – Used for pistons, cylinders, bearings.

  • Construction – Structural elements such as masts, casings, and fences.

Seamless pipes comply with GOST standards: 8731-74, 8734-75, 32528-2013, 8732-78, and 8734-78.

Welded Steel Pipes

Welded steel pipes are cost-effective and come in a wide range of sizes. They are manufactured by bending steel sheets and welding the edges using electric welding techniques. The welding seam can be spiral or longitudinal.

Benefits of Welded Pipes

  • Affordable – Requires simpler equipment and lower energy costs.

  • Large Diameters – Available in sizes not possible with seamless pipes.

  • Lightweight – Due to thin walls, making them easier to transport and install.

However, welded pipes are less durable under extreme pressure and require additional fittings for directional changes.

Applications

  • Oil & Gas Pipelines

  • Water, Gas, Heating, and Sewer Systems

  • Cable Laying

  • Machine Building

  • Structural Metal Frameworks

Manufactured from low-alloy carbon steel, welded pipes can be galvanized for better corrosion resistance. They adhere to GOST standards: 10705-80, 10706-76, 10704-91, 20295-85, and are available in diameters from 20 to 1420 mm, with wall thicknesses of 1.2 to 16 mm.

Water-Gas Pipes (WGP)

Water-gas pipes (WGP) are a type of steel pipe used in construction, thermal energy, and utilities. They are durable, pressure-resistant, and resistant to aggressive environments.

Applications

  • Water, Gas, Heating, and Irrigation Systems

  • Structural Supports – Used in fences, reinforcements, swings, slides, and attractions.

  • Mechanical Components – Used for fasteners (washers, nuts, bushings), fittings (elbows, adapters, couplings), and pipeline valves (taps, plugs, gates).

WGP Specifications

  • Available in galvanized and non-galvanized (black) versions.

  • Manufactured using longitudinal welding.

  • Subject to thermal treatment for stress relief and dimensional calibration.

Type Diameter Wall Thickness Material
Seamless Pipes 10 mm – 820 mm 1.5 mm – 40 mm Carbon & Alloy Steel
Electric-Welded Pipes 15 mm – 1420 mm 1.2 mm – 20 mm Low & Medium Carbon Steel
